PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a customer a disability of automatic drawing-out, a shortage amount, or the like by electronic mail or facsimile in real time, to prepare the shortage amount before reaching of the notification from a trader as a payment partner, and to cope with the drawing-out disability. SOLUTION: A central processing unit 2 executes drawing-out processing for the deposit balance of each customer. When finding a customer allowing no drawing-out due to balance shortage, the unit produces facsimile data or electronic mail data for indicating the balance shortage notification (notification including the shortage amount), transmits it to a communicating device 4 of the customer having the balance shortage, and makes it printed out or displayed on a screen. |
