PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self diagnosing result output method and a recording medium, by which a maintenance service provider rapidly maintains and manages a device. SOLUTION: When a fault is detected in the device by the self diagnosing of the device, a fault repair request is generated. The fault repair request is transmitted to the maintenance service provider via a communication means. Then maintenance service is rapidly obtained. |
