PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty management system and method capable of simplifying the whole system and improving the efficiency of work by inputting a working result from a user terminal owned by a worker. SOLUTION: A control means 10 transmits identification(ID) information 30 for specifying respective working places generated by an ID information generation means 8 to corresponding working place terminals 52, 53, and when the ID information 30 and the information and duty results of respective workers α, β are respectively transmitted from user terminals 70, 72 owned by the workers α, β through a network 100, working place information corresponding to the worker's information is retrieved from a working place DB 4 and the ID information corresponding to the retrieved working place information is retrieved from an ID information DB 2. When the retrieved ID information coincides with the ID information transmitted from each user terminal, a working result is stored in a working result DB 6. |
