PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device which improves difference of luminescent brightness in two or more luminescence sections depending on difference of rise time of light emission. SOLUTION: Segment sections S which define luminescent shapes, and wiring sections L which supply current to the segment sections S individually, are formed. The area of the wiring sections L of the segment sections S is enlarged so that the luminescent brightness in the segment sections S is in a range of 30% larger than the minimum brightness.
