<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car rental fare adjustment system with which waiting time for check-in procedures is reduced and the workload of a rent-a-car returning procedures is relieved. SOLUTION: In a courtesy bus 100 for transporting passengers between an airport and a parking lot 202 for rental cars, a short-range radio communication system 110 to enable radio communication inside the bus with a cellular telephone 20 held by a user 10, who needs a rental car and a long-range radio communication system 120 to communicate with the outside of the courtesy bus 100 are provided. A credit company 302 certifies the possibility of settlement of the user, on the basis of information provided via the long-range communication system 120. Adjustment of rent is performed between a bank 304, in which the user 10 has an account for settlement and the credit company 302.</p> |
