PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a purchaser to acquire a commodity/service inexpensively by a collective purchase of the commodity/service, and to enable a commodity provider to secure a stable demand and to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the commodity. SOLUTION: This method comprises a step for designating a desired price and/or a requested function on the specific commodity/service accumulated and memorized in a mediator's server 103B, transmitting the intention of purchase by an information communication network 100, and registering in the mediator's server 103B, by many and unspecified purchasers 101, a step for tabulating desired price zone data and/or requested function data of the commodity/service specified by the result of registration, and opening the table to the public as a prompt report on a mediator's site, and a step for negotiating with a provider 102 of the commodity/service to conclude dealings, and starting a substantial sales activity of the specific commodity/service, by a mediator 103. |
