PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily provide rental housing of which the specification can be changed into the specification suitable for the tastes of a person who wants to move in. SOLUTION: Basic specifications, the rental price, and a specification change pack(that is, the list display of option items enabling specification change and adjustable sums) are prepared for each rental housing, and a person who wants to move in can select the arbitrary specification change pack when he or she is not satisfied with the basic specifications. The rental housing information is integrated into a data base in host equipment, and the person who wants to move in can perform access from a personal computer or home appliance equipped with the Internet functions through a communication line to the data base, and acquire information necessary for the rental contract decision such as the rental price, basic specifications, and charged adjustable sums at the time of selecting the specification change pack for each rental housing property. |
