PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high productivity at low cost with a structure of a small number of parts by using a rare-earth magnet which is light and small as a magnet and embedding and fixing the magnet into a synthetic resin fan as an impeller, and improve combustion control of an engine by increasing variable ranges of ignition voltage and ignition timing. SOLUTION: This flywheel consists of a molded rotor 1, a synthetic resin fan 6 as an impeller, and a magnetic body 11 embedded and fixed inside an installation wall piece 10 of the synthetic resin fan 6 by insert forming, and constituted of at least the rare-earth magnet 12 and a pole piece 13. The position for embedding the magnetic body 11 in the installation wall piece 10 is arranged just behind at least one wing piece 9. It is thus possible to attain effective utilization of the rare-earth magnet and efficient reinforcement against centrifugal forces.
