PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture processor which can display pictures whose photographing directions are mixed lengthways and sideways on a screen in a visible display direction with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The processor is provided with an instructing means 28 instructing the change of the direction of the displayed picture for the respective pictures, a storage means 17 storing display direction information for the respective pictures, which are instructed by the instructing means, and a picture generating means 16 generating the display picture in the direction corresponding to display direction information stored in the storage means.
