PURPOSE: A mixer for mixing ready mixed concrete or agricultural by-product is provided to completely prevent the leakage of interior fluid even if the mixer is used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The mixer has an elongate shaft(6) installed in perpendicular to a wall(12) of a mixer body(9) by using a retainer, an outer injection tube(8) through which air, water or their mixture is injected, and a mixer rod(7) installed on the elongate shaft for mixing agricultural byproduct(10) and so on by using the rotation of the elongate shaft. Inner and outer support brackets(1,1') are fixed at the inner and outer surfaces between the wall and the elongate shaft by using bolts(11,11'), a retainer box(4) is installed on the elongate shaft inside the wall so as to form an air jet hole(13) and an input tube(5), and plural retainers(3,3',3") are installed on the elongate shaft with interposing grease chambers(2,2').
