PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin aeolotropic heating sheet of a large size and its manufacture of low cost, which enables to laminate covering layers with insulation performance easily when necessary and to orient thermal conducting fibers in the perpendicular direction of the heating sheet by using electrostatic hair implant. SOLUTION: This aeolotropic heating sheet is provided with a middle layer, through which thermal conducting fibers penetrate and from which both ends of the fibers protrude, and covering layers in which thermal conduction filler is dispersed and which are laminated on both side of the middle layer so that they cover the protruding parts of the fibers. A method of manufacturing the heating sheet consists of installing the thermal conductive fibers by electrostatic hair implant on the surfaces of the layer to implant hair in which thermal conduction filler is dispersed, intruding liquid macromolecules among the fibers so that their installed ends protrude, hardening to form the middle layer, and laminating covering layers in which the thermal conductive filler are dispersed so that the covering layers cover the protruding parts of the fibers. |
