摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally a video signal of a standard television system is not outputted at a the same time, when an interlace signal of high resolution or progressive signal is outputted, using pixel shift method of total pixel reading CCD. SOLUTION: A C4 circuit 26 forms a low region luminance signal YL2 on the basis of low region chrominance signals GL, BL and RL which are inputted from correction circuits 11G, 11B and 11R, through C3 circuits 25G, 25B and 25R, forms a wide band region luminance signal by adding a high-region luminance signal from a high-region luminance signal forming circuit 24 to the signal YL2, and forms two kinds of color difference signals. The signals GL, BL and RL and the high-region luminance signal are signals of one line out of adjacent two lines. The progressive signal, having a number of scanning line which, is nearly equal to that of the standard television system is outputted from C4 circuit 26, and is half of the speed conversion circuits 27-29 output an interlace signal by carrying out half reduction in speed conversion.
