摘要 PURPOSE: A synthesis method of carbon nano tube is provided, which can synthesize carbon nano tube keeping the whole reactor at low temperature by locally and selectively heating the catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) feed into reactor catalyst that is composed of transition metals of iron, nickel or cobalt or sulfide, carbonate, oxide and salts of transition metal or organic sulfide containing transition metal and is in the form of powder impregnated in carrier by impregnation, initial wetting or ion exchange or is impregnated on substrate by deposition, painting or spray; (ii) supply gas containing carbon source that is selected from a group consisting of acetylene, methane, propane and benzene to the catalyst bed; (iii) locally heat the catalyst in the reactor selectively; and (iv) make the carbon nano tube grow from the catalyst.
