PURPOSE: A cup shaped container with a discharge cap designed to be piled on in empty state is provided to prevent the phenomenon of vacuum generated between the empty containers when they are piled on, thus to help a user to easily separate the containers. CONSTITUTION: The cup shaped container(1) designed to be piled comprises a body(2) formed to be gradually widen from a bottom surface(4) to a top opening, and a discharge cap(7) projected from the bottom surface thereof to discharge the contents received in the container. The discharge cap is able to be designed in various forms. When the empty cup shaped containers are piled on, these containers are able to be stacked so that they are spaced from each other at regular distances due to the discharge cap.
