The running gear (13) is supported on the floor-coverings (12) fixed flat to the base and supports at least one cutter (14) which can be transferred to an operating position in which the cutter engages with the floor covering. In its operating position, the cutter is rigidly connected to support-surfaces of the supports (18,19). The main body (32) of the cutter has a cutting element protruding downwards through a gap in the running gear to the floor-covering.
