PURPOSE: Provided is a system and method for depositing or withdrawing cash by biometrics which make it possible to conveniently deposit and withdraw cash and to improve security. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a cash deposit or withdrawal apparatus and a banking center. The cash deposit or withdrawal apparatus transmits data produced by scanning a human body and outputs a validation result received from a banking center through a displaying screen. The banking center compares the data transmitted from the cash deposit or withdrawal apparatus with the data stored in the database, perform validation and transmit the validation result. The system may further comprise a relay station for transmitting the data from the cash deposit or withdrawal apparatus to the banking center and the validation data from the banking center to the cash deposit or withdrawal apparatus. |
