PURPOSE: A unitary iron pallet is provided to allow the recycling of the pallet, thus preventing the contamination of environment, and to reduce the weight of the pallet while increasing the strength thereof. CONSTITUTION: For manufacturing a light iron pallet required to load or unload goods for smoothly and rapidly carrying the goods, one iron plate(1) is processed by use of a press forming technique using a unitary mold or a successive mold, i.e. progressive mold. Thus, a projected reinforcing part, a leg part(2), and other end portions of the pallet are integrally formed as a unitary body of the pallet. Alternately, the leg part of the pallet is integrally assembled to the pallet after first molded into a conical form or other multilateral corn forms.
