A METHOD AND SYSTEM PROVIDING A WORLD E-COMMERCE EXCHANGE

A world e-commerce exchange system includes a computer-based e-commerce exchange residing on a network server and facilitating on-line transaction between registered members by bringing the members together on-line and, upo n the members agreeing to complete a transaction, transmitting executed contracts to the members, with the exchange protecting the members by using electronic signatures to confirm member identification, by providing guarantees of contract performance, and by monitoring on-going transactions as to transaction type and ownership issues.
