PURPOSE: An SRM(switched reluctance motor) inverter apparatus is provided to acquire accurate turn-on timing and reduce deviation in variation of noise or efficiency between products due to error between components by simultaneously turning on a lower switching device and a upper switching device. CONSTITUTION: An SRM inverter apparatus comprises a rectifying capacitor(C1), a motor wound(La), upper and lower switching devices(Q1,Q4), a diode(D2), a diode(D3), resistors(R2,R3), a capacitor(C2), and a resistor(R1). The rectifying capacitor(C1) converts input AC to DC. The motor wound(La) is parallel coupled to the rectifying capacitor(C1). The switching devices(Q1,Q4) are serially coupled to the motor wound(La). The diode(D2) is coupled between the emitter of the upper switching device(Q1) and the collector of the lower switching device(Q4). The diode(D3) is coupled between the collector of the upper switching device(Q1) and the emitter of the lower switching device(Q4). The resistors(R2,R3) are serially coupled between a connecting point of the motor wound(La) and the lower switching device(Q4) and to the base of the upper switching device(Q1). The capacitor(C2) is coupled to the emitter of the upper switching device(Q1) and a connecting point of the resistors(R2,R3). The resistor(R1) is parallel coupled to the resistors(R2,R3) between the base of the upper switching device(Q1) and the collector of the lower switching device(Q4). |
