<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide a hollow alumino-silicate glass spherical body which has a microdiameter and low density and is substantially free of elution of an alkali and boron. SOLUTION: A liquid drop of a slurry obtained by wet process pulverization of a raw material compounded with aluminosilicate glass not containing an alkaline component is heated, by which the microhollow glass spherical body of <=15μm in average particle size, <=30μm in maximum particle size and 0.1 to 1.5 g/cm3 in average particle density is obtained.</p> |
