PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive electrical insulating film excellent in heat resistance and electrical insulating properties. SOLUTION: This electrical insulating film is obtained by using a resin composition comprising (A) 1-99 mass% of a poly(2,5-disubstituted-1,4-phenylene oxide) and (B) 99-1 mass% of a copolymer having functional groups having reactivity with the poly(2,5-disubstituted-1,4-phenylene oxide).
