PURPOSE: A personal life map is provided to let a user recollect the lifetime course of the user after birth by enabling the user to draw, store, output, and use a life map using a computer. CONSTITUTION: A server(102) is operated with a database(103) offering information in response to a request by the user and a client(201), and storing and processing the accumulated data. The database consists of a basic personal information database(104), a history database(105) of respective individuals, a domestic and foreign map and area database(106), and a database(107) storing the information required by the client. A life map program(108) is realized by a search function. A personal life map is offered to an individual user. Information is offered to the client needing information. The user registers as a personal user, refers a history, or operates a registration process. The result sampled from the database is outputted corresponding to the condition of inquiry. The user continuously registers or refers knowledge by circulating through a loop for registration and reference.
