PURPOSE: A method and management for automatically making an Internet bulletin board and guest book are provided to enable a user to make a bulletin board and guest book without studying a programming language by using a web editor. CONSTITUTION: The user makes a bulletin board or guest book of desired figure just like a real web page by using a web editor or a program making a web page according to the user's choice. The user selectively inputs all or a part of the variables defined by a service program without programming. A server registers and analyzes the input variables, and stores the web page of user. When a home page visitor selects the bulletin board or guest book of the user, the server computer forms the web page for bulletin board or guest book in a form of the user on the basis of the data stored in the server computer, and delivers the data to the home page visitor after inputting the corresponding data into the web page.
