PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a heat exchanger where all adjacent fin faces are formed in parallel that condensate stands easily on fins at the leeward end when the volume of air passing through the fins increases abruptly to cause a phenomenon where the condensate covers the adjacent fin faces, and the problem of a heat exchanger where all adjacent fin faces are formed at a constant inclination angle that condensate is held easily on the inside of the ridge of a fin and the conduction area of air is limited to cause lowering of performance or increase of ventilation resistance. SOLUTION: Each corrugate fin comprises first fins 17a and 17b formed at a central part in the ventilating direction such that the louvers of adjacent fin faces are parallel with each other, and second fins 18a and 18b formed at one end in the ventilating direction such that the louvers of adjacent fin faces are inclined to each other. The corrugate fin is shaped such that water is not held easily at the central part thereof where condensate evaporates actively.
