PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an artificial flower is provided to realize various colors and fine shapes of flower petals and leaves by using a decal comania technique. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an artificial flower comprises the steps of; coating a print layer(1a) having a color and a shape of a desired flower petal onto a transfer film(1); disposing a fibrous material(2) such as polyester onto a substrate(4) of a compressor, and positioning the transfer film so that the print layer contacts with the material; making the print layer to be transferred on the material by heat compressing the transfer film over the material; separating the transfer film from the material, and cutting the material; and coupling the material to compose the shape of a desired flower.
