PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a precision speed control and position control of an operation member by driving the operation member such as a rod or the like with a small size actuator. SOLUTION: A drive piston 13 is moved in a cylinder tube 4a in a linear direction by rotationally driving a feed screw 10 by a motor 19 to drive a driven piston 8 in a axle direction by flowing water as an incompressible medium into drive side medium chambers 14a, 14b and driven side medium chambers 9a, 9b.
