PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact load conversion mechanism at a low cost, which is hardly influenced by a biased load and little needs assembling adjustments, etc. SOLUTION: Both sides of a base 3 through thin-walled parts 10 are supported on legs 2a, 2b, two levers 4a, 4b are disposed symmetrically right and left horizontally on the base and supported with the base at thin-walled support points 11 provided between the levers and the base, and the support points locate approximately at both sides of the base. The levers have predetermined leverages by the respective support points where each center side is a long side 12 and each outer side is a short side 13. Thin-walled parts 14 are formed downwards at the top ends of the long sides, and one sensor mounting part 7 is connected below. A thin-walled part 15 is formed downwards at the outer end of each short side, the thin-walled parts 15 at both sides hang down one load receptor 5 above and beside the two levers, and one upper load receptor 6 is connected through thin-walled parts 17 at both sides above the lower receptor 5.
