PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving circuit to be formed integrally with a pixel area on an insulating substrate, in which the number of elements is reduced and which has a redundancy circuit whose circuit scale is small. SOLUTION: A driving block has DFFs(dynamic flip-flops) 11, 13, 15 and DFFs(dynamic flip-flops) 12, 14, 16 of two systems and RSFFs(reset-set flip-flops) 21, 22 provided respectively by one in respective systems. Moreover, in the driving block, AND circuits 31, 33, 35 outputting logical products among respective outputs of the DFFs(dynamic flip-flops) 11, 13, 15 and the output of the RSFF 21 and AND circuits 32, 34, 36 outputting logical products among respective outputs of the DFFs(dynamic flip-flops) 12, 14, 16 and the output of the RSFF 22 are provided. Furthermore, OR circuits 41, 42, 43 outputting respective logical sums between the AND circuits 31, 32, between the AND circuits 33, 34 and between the AND circuits 35, 36 are provided. |
