SOLUTION: This device has an external recording means for recording first discrimination information, an internal recording means for recording second discrimination information, an input means for inputting input information, a first start condition fulfillment judging processing means 91 for judging fulfillment of the first start condition depending on whether the first and second discrimination information agrees with each other or not, a second start condition fulfillment judging processing means 92 for judging fulfillment of the second start condition depending on whether the second discrimination information agrees with the input information or not, and a start processing means 93 for starting the navigation device when either of the first and second start conditions is fulfilled. |
