PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable lactic acid polymer film which has excellent lubricity required for film winding works, bag makings using a bag making machine, and works for processing films in a general packaging field, especially in the fields of packaging films or shrinkable films which need flexibility. SOLUTION: This lactic acid polymer film comprising (II) a lactic acid polymer composition obtained by melting and kneading 0.1 to 3 pts.wt. of a fatty acid amide with (I) a lactic acid polymer comprising (A) polyester structure units obtained by dehydration condensation of (a) a dicarboxylic acid component with (b) a diol component, and/or (B) polyether structure units obtained by dehydration condensation of (a) the dicarboxylic acid component with (c) a polyether polyol, and (C) lactate structure units, wherein the lactic acid polymer films has excellent lubricity represented by a coefficient of dynamic friction of <=0.3 and good transparency represented by a haze value of <=3%.
