PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building which can eliminate a roof truss panel when a roof is built on a building unit which cannot have horizontal braces arranged in a ceiling area. SOLUTION: A building body 2 consists of a first building unit 21 which can have the horizontal braces 10 arranged in the ceiling area, and a second building unit 22 which cannot have the horizontal braces arranged in the ceiling area. The roof 3 on the building body 2 consists of a first roof portion 31 connected to the first building unit 21 and a second roof portion 32 connected to the second building unit 22. Horizontal reinforcement of the second building unit 22 is implemented by a reinforcing member 50 arranged in the second roof portion 32, and therefore the conventionally required roof truss panel is eliminated.
