PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for a drink from which one can drink off the contents thereof while he is lying, by inserting a straw into the container from above the cover material thereof. SOLUTION: The container consists of a paper cup 11 comprising a container body and having enough rigidity to support itself, and a synthetic resin cup 12 which is an inside container and attached to the inside of the opening 14 of the cup 11 to receive a drink and which can be deformed by the suction force through a straw 4. Thus, by deforming the inside container 12 attached only to the inside of the opening 14 by the suction force through the straw 4, the contents of the container 12 can be drunk off regardless of the position or orientation of the straw 4, and hence the contents of the cup can be completely drunk off by a person, even if he is lying down.
