PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube exhibiting a larger heat exchanging capacity or a lower pressure drop as compared with an ordinary structure while having a constant size when fluid of relatively low flow rate passes through a tube. SOLUTION: Surface structure bodies 16 are arranged alternately on the first and second basic surfaces, such that elements 5 for determining the flow direction continuous in the longitudinal direction L of the basic surface are arranged alternately between the first and second basic surfaces and obliquely to each other at a specified angleγ. Each structural body 16 has a row 17 extending in the lateral direction of elements 15 parallel to each other and determining the flow direction. An inputted fluid flow is thereby divided into a plurality of parallel partial flows. Since each partial flow flows according to each spiral channel passing through a tube, a high heat exchanging capacity can be attained.
