PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for performing a miniature experiment test to obtain data for each type of a state where an enhancement material to be consolidated is affected by an earth pressure or ground water with improved reproducibility with time in a laboratory in actual foundation improvement. SOLUTION: A cylinder 2 is set via a tie rod 4, a material 12 in an original form with specific particle diameter is sandwiched via upper and lower, inner sand stoppers 11 and 11, a piston 6 is inserted for pressed state, the material 12 in an original form is pressed via a compression air inflow port 8 and the piston 6, then remaining air and water due to deaeration water are removed, a valve 14 is released for specific time via an improvement material force-in port 13 of a lower flange 3' for forming the improvement material into a sample 11, filling and force-in are made into the material 12 in an original form for dipping into the deaeration water in a force-in state for curing, thus obtaining data for each time with time of the sample 12 as a reference for execution.
