PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost torque hinge capable of restricting the opening or closing speed of a door or the like, of suppressing impact and also 1 lightweight and mass-preducible. SOLUTION: A wave ring spring (6) is fixed to an inner wall of a cylinder (3), a shape withered inwardly such as an origin wave portion (5) is provided at a part of the wave ring spring, this shape is forcefully pushed by a piston tip portion (4) and the wave portion is shifted up to a terminal wave portion (9), when a next opening process begins, the piston (2) is pushed back by a returning force of the terminal wave portion (9) to the origin wave portion, and the shaft (1) easily returns to the original position.
