PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an helmet structure having an impact-absorbing liner inside of the transparent or semi-transparent synthetic resin body, a transparent feeling by utilizing the designing effect of the transparency and multifunctions compared to the conventional one. SOLUTION: This helmet is obtained by forming a narrow groove at the impact-absorbing liner positioned at the inside of the transparent or semi-transparent trimming body made from the synthetic resin, installing a part for covering the circumferential edge part of an opening of the above impact-absorbing liner and an inserting edge made from the synthetic resin and being inserted and held in the above groove with a frictional resistance, and also installing an edge decoration at the circumferential edge of the opening of the above trimming body so as to cover the mounting part of the jaw belt and the above insertion edge.
