PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently apply the rotary torque due to the rotation of a motor to the screw shaft of a movable mechanism for raising and lowering a movable plate by connecting the movable mechanism using an electromotor as a drive source and the rotary shaft of a turntable so as to provide a rising clearance with respect to a rotary core shaft. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 4 of the turntable 3 is inserted in the bearing hole 5 of a fixed plate 2 in a freely rotatable and vertically movable manner. The rotary core shaft 16 is provided to the center of the lower end of the rotary shaft 4 in a protruded state. The movable plate 20 is provided to the underside of the rotary core shaft 16 so as to be freely rise and fall along the guide rods 21 inserted in the movable plate 20. A movable mechanism 24 consisting of a screw shaft 27 and a nut member 25 is provided over the movable plate and the connection plate 22 of the lower ends of the guide rods. The drive source 29 of the movable mechanism 24 comprises the electromotor. The rotary core shaft 16 and the movable plate 20 are connected by the joints 33 fitted to the lower end surfaces and upper surfaces of them so as to alternately provide rising clearances t2 and t3. The rising clearances t2 and t3 are made larger than the rising stroke t1 under the housing 11.
