PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the transfer of data and/or energy via a mechanical interface between a holder and a C-shaped arm. SOLUTION: An X-ray device 1 includes first data and/or energy transfer means 23 to 26 and 30 positioned at the C-shaped arm 9 or instruments 10, 11 and 12 and connected to the instruments 10, 11 and 12, and second data and/or energy transfer means 21, 22 and 31 positioned at the holder 8 or an instrument unit case 4 connected to the holder 8, with data and/or energy transferred in a contactless and continuous fashion between the first data and/or energy transfer means 23 to 26 and 30 and the second data and/or energy transfer means 21, 22 and 31.
