PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet with an adhesion layer laminated thereon which realizes excellent adhesion even to an easily coolable item having a smooth surface such as a metal, is manufactured without a large scale equipment and is excellent in view of safety and sanitation. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet with an adhesion layer laminated thereon comprises a process of forming a heat-sensitive adhesion layer composed of a heat-sensitive adhesive agent having a melt viscosity of 2,000 to 150,000 Pa.s at 180 deg.C on at least one surface of a foamable sheet composed of a foamable thermoplastic resin composition and a process of heating and foaming the foamable sheet. The method for manufacturing the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet with the adhesion layer laminated thereon is characterized in that the heat-sensitive adhesion layer contains 10 to 90 wt.% of a styrene-conjugated diene-styrene block copolymer or its hydrogenated copolymer and 90 to 10 wt.% of a rosin-based resin.
