PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality product at a low cost by eliminating a waste of time and an economical waste in manufacturing a metallic mold for obtaining an optimum forming condition. SOLUTION: A cushion cylinder 4 with lowered torsional rigidity is supported by plural pressure cylinders 5. An internal pressure of a pressure cylinders 5 at a specified place is increased or decreased, the reaction force of the pressure cylinders 5 is directly transmitted to required sections through the cushion cylinder 4. Further, by twisting the cushion cylinder 4, the pressure is continuously changed. Thus, regardless of the accuracy of the shape of the metallic mold such as a die 3, the cushion cylinder 4, a stock W is held with the pressure required for respective sections of the metallic mold, and consequently a flowing-in quantity or an elongation quantity of the stock is adjusted to an ideal value for each section of a pressed product.
