PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure good seal between a filter cartridge and a mounting position without using another seal members and to enable easy replacement of the filter cartridge in the filter device with the filter cartridge mounted to the mounting part arranged in the passage of fluids while pressing the cartridge against it. SOLUTION: Mounting parts 40a, 40b arranged in a partition member 20 are formed to have a tapered face, terminal parts of the side which is made abut on the mounting parts, of an inner cylinder 36 and outer cylinder 38 which are made of a resin and constitute the second filter cartridge 4, are formed to have tapered faces corresponding to tapered faces of the mounting positions. Projected lines extended in peripheral direction are arranged on the tapered faces of the inner cylinder 36 and outer cylinder 38, and the seal between the filter cartridge and mounting parts is secured by abutting the projected lines on the tapered faces of the prescribed mounting parts.
