A composition containing capsicum extract together with other ingredients to neutralize the discomfort resulting from the application of capsicum extract to the skin enabling treatment of many types of discomforts, including arthritis pain, neuropathy, post surgical scarring, hemorrhoid pain and itching, and pruritis without the discomfort normally associated with the topical application of capsicum extract.
