WATER TREATING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress membrane clogging by a small amount of ozone implantation and to obtain a stable amt. of treated water at a high flow flux by water treatment to combine manganese removal treatment, ozone treatment, membrane filtration treatment and activated carbon treatment. SOLUTION: (1) The water treating method including a manganese removal process step, a gaseous ozone implantation process step using an inline implantation device to the raw water of manganese removal, a process step of subjecting the raw water of the gaseous ozone implantation to membrane filtration and a process step of subjecting the membrane filtered water to activated carbon treatment. (2) The concentration of the residual ozone in the membrane filtered water is held within a prescribed range by controlling the injection amt. of ozone into a raw water. (3) The concn. of the residual ozone in the membrane filtered water ranges from 0.001 to 10 mg/L. (4) The manganese removal process step consists of an oxidizing agent addition and manganese sand filtration process step.
