PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe for fishing by fixing spike pins by a pin burying base part to the rubber base of insole and fixing the base parts of the pin burying base part to hardly bring the shoe into a dangerous condition even when felt is worn. SOLUTION: A rubber base 2 of the insole comprising elastic rubber or synthetic resin is fixed to the underside of the bottom part of this slipproof shoe for fishing. The hook part 2a of a hook-andloop fastener is integrally formed on the bottom face of the rubber base 2 and hemisphere shape pin burying base parts 2b onto plural positions on the bottom face of the rubber base 2. Head parts of plural spike pins 3 are buried into the rubber base 2 at positions of the pin burying base parts 2b. Spike pins 3 are downward projected from the pin burying base parts 2b. A bottom member 5 comprising synthetic fiber felt made of polypropylene, etc., to which a hook-and-loop fastener 4 is fixed is detachably attached onto the bottom face of the rubber base 2. Plural cylindrical through holes 5a with an inner diameter larger than the diameter of the pin burying base part 2b are bored in the bottom member 5.
