PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in air-pressure forming of a decorating sheet that the design of the decorating sheet is distorted extremely or the sheet is broken when the conditions of forming are set inappropriately or that the decorating sheet is not formed in a desired three-dimensional shape satisfactorily even by the air-pressure forming. SOLUTION: The decorating sheet suitable for the air-pressure forming is constituted at least of a base film and a decorating layer and it is used for forming simultaneous with decorating by subjecting it later to the air-pressure forming to be formed in a desired shape. The sheet satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2). 10<=T<=(100+Th)...(1) and 2×10-2<=(P×T)/(k×t3)<=1.3×102...(2).
