PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing a cylindrical shape mold for producing an optical sheet, in which the surface state of a lens mold is well recovered in order to produce a lens sheet having both a lens part consisting of an activation energy ray curing resin and good quality on the surface of a light-transmissive base material in a range over a long period by using the cylindrical shape mold. SOLUTION: The method for washing the cylindrical shape mold for producing the optical sheet is comprised of an air blowing process ST1 for a lens mold, a first cleaning agent treating process ST2, in which the lens mold is immersed in the cleaning agent containing a foaming agent, a nonionic surfactant and a metallic ion sealing compound and is vertically moved and thereby the cleaning agent is agitated, a mechanical treating process ST3 for pouring and flowing methanol for the lens mold, a second cleaning agent treating process ST4, in which the cleaning agent is agitated by immersing the lens mold in the cleaning agent and vertically moving the same, and a finishing treating process ST5 for removing a residue on the surface of the lens mold. In the finishing treating process ST5, the nonion surfactant is showered for the lens mold and pure water is showered, poured and flowed and ethanol is poured and flowed and the lens mold is dried by blowing the hot air. |
