PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method for a motor vehicle wheel, which can prevent secondary sagging. SOLUTION: In this coating method for a motor vehicle wheel, comprising an electrophoretic coating process 2 and a baking process 5, when the temperature of the wheel drops to 40-90 deg.C during the baking process 5, air is blown to the engaging part of the rim and disk of the wheel. An air blower 8 selects the allocation pitch circle diameter of an air blowing nozzle according to a wheel size to accurately blow air to the engaging part of the rim and disk of the wheel.
