PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin sheet excellent in resistance to cracking, sliding properties, and transparency during molding at room temperature or at a low temperature. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer sheet, both outer layers of a substrate sheet of a copolyester in which 10-70 mol% of the ethylene glycol component of polyethylene terephthalate is replaced with 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol contains 0.1-3 pts.wt. of inactive particles per 100 pts.wt. of the polyester.
