PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a decorative plate high in antifouling properties and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative plate is composed of a substrate (1) for forming the decorative plate, thermosetting resin-impregnated paper (2), and a synthetic resin film (3) which is laminated on the thermosetting resin-impregnated paper (2) to be integrated and coated with a coating material comprising a fluororesin.
