PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article of furniture such as a desk for pupil, whose storage part can be enlarged as large as possible and which can be piled up for storage or carrying to improve efficiency. SOLUTION: In a desk 1 for pupil, which is equipped with a storage part 3 to store articles and the top plate 2 place at prescribed height by led part 4, the base pipe 42 of the leg part 4 is placed more outside than the side wall 31 of the storage part 3 and the base end part 40 of the leg part 4 is assembled with the bent part 34 of the storage part 3.
